Senior Pastor
Brandon Wimpey
Hello! I’m Pastor Brandon and I’m blessed to be Senior Pastor here at Elljean. In 2006, I followed God’s call into formal ministry and came to Elljean as the Missions Director. It has been the great privilege of my life to serve the Lord in various places along with my wife, Leah, and our seven children, Seyma, Grady, Magine, Isaac, Lydia, Reid Wallace and Charlotte. In 2016, I came home to Elljean to serve as Senior Pastor. I am humbled and grateful God is allowing me to lead such a loving church. Watching all seven of my children grow in their knowledge and relationship with God reminds me of our purpose at Elljean: to know God, grow in our relationship with Him, and go tell others where to find hope, truth, and life.

Associate Pastor
Rickey Wimpey
Hi. My name is Rickey Wimpey. I was born in October of 1962. I married my wife Marie in January of 1981. We have three boys, three daughter-in-love, and twelve grandchildren. I was saved in March of 1982 and God called me to preach in September of 1986. In December of 2014, Marie and I moved to Myrtle Beach SC. I was the Pastor of Myrtle Beach Travel Park until September of 2021. God called us back to Pickens SC in October of 2021. This is when I became the associate Pastor of Elljean Baptist Church.

Nancy Lee
Hi! I am Nancy Lee, I serve as the church secretary. I was born and raised in Pumpkintown, SC where I am now raising my 4 children. I came to Elljean in 2015 and was blessed to take over as secretary in 2018. I enjoy serving and interacting in several different areas of the church. I try my best to ensure things are running smoothly and glorify God.
Hello. My name Is Jimmy Bolt. I believe that worshipping our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through song is such a fundmental part of our service. Being led by the Holy Spirit, our music program provides encouragement, love, praise, and comfort for Gods children.
My passion is spreading the good words “Jesus Saves, Jesus Saves.”
God has blessed me with a great wife, son, daughter-in-law and two wonderful grand-babies. I am truly blessed beyond all measure.

Hi! I am Holly Lawson. I have served in the children's ministry for over 30 years and had the opportunity to be the children's director at various churches. I have a bachelors degree in education and currently work as a 4k assistant at Hagood Elementary. I am married to Brian and we have two teenagers. Together, we love serving and working with the children and their families. When not at church you can find me crafting, thrifting, and traveling! My passion is to teach children biblical foundations and to love Jesus with all their heart while building relationships with families!
